Dear Parents and Caregivers,
To ensure smooth and safe drop off and pick up times, we are putting refined procedures in place. This is for child safety.
In general, only staff, students and Kindergarten parents and caregivers should be on school site. Further details are below.
Do you need a hand with the morning drop off? On occasion, some children in Year 1-Year 6 need a bit of extra support in the morning to separate from their parent or caregiver. If this happens, please buzz the intercom at the main Waugh St gate, ask for a bit of help and a staff member will come out to assist.
Do you need to visit the visit the uniform shop? Please enter through main Waugh St gate and go directly to the office to collect a visitor’s badge. If you are in the school without a visitor’s badge a staff member may approach you to guide you to the office to collect one.
Are you a parent or carer of a Kindergarten child? We ask that you drop off from the main gate and collect your child from the classroom.
Please ensure your child knows how they are going home each day. If there is a plan different to your usual routine, please write a note for your child to give to their teacher or call the office well in advance of home time. Please complete the attached arrangements for home time for your child. We will ask for an update of these each term.
