2024 Kindergarten enrolments
We are enrolling now for Kindergarten 2024. Please collect an information pack from our friendly office staff. They can assist you with any enrolment questions you may have.
You are welcome to call us to find out more about the fantastic programs that are available at WPS. Opportunities for school visits are scheduled during the year in addition to our orientation program.

Students must turn 5 by 31 July 2024.
All kinder classes in 2024 have a maximum of 20 students.

- Kinder start
- InitiaLit (Evidence-based) program in all Kindergarten classes
- Heggerty's Phonemic Awareness program in all Kindergarten classes
- Oral language support program for identified students - Language Lift by MacqLit
- The HUB social skills program for identified students
- Zones of Regulation and WorryWoos
- Computers / Technology
- Library / Music / Visual Arts
- Gross motor skill development
- The new NSW English and Mathematics syllabus are taught in all classrooms
Students will be mailed a letter one week before school commences advising them of their teacher's name and where their classroom is located.
Is your child ready?
If you can answer 'yes' for most of the questions below, your child is probably, ready for school and will settle in easily. Social skills and performing everyday tasks, like, dressing, undressing and packing their school bag are skills that are very important.
All children must be enrolled in school by their 6th birthday.
