Parent Information Afternoon

These meetings for Years 1, 2, 3 and 4 will be held on Thursday 27 February in Week 5.

The meetings for Kindergarten, Year 5, Year 6 and Class 3/4AD will be on Wednesday 4 March.

The reason for this is because we anticipate we will move into the new building on Monday 2 March.

Parents will congregate in the hall and be introduced to the staff on that Stage and listen to a variety of staff discuss programs and activities for 2020. Parents will then visit the classroom and complete a student information form about their child. A light afternoon tea will be on offer after your classroom visits. This is an opportunity to mingle with the teachers and other parents.

Three-way meetings once again will be offered at mutually agreed times between Wednesday 11 March and Wednesday 18 March. We will trial an online booking platform. Every child will receive a bookings instruction note with a unique code. Teachers will nominate their availability over the week and parents then select a time that suits. The meetings will involve the student, parent/carer and teacher. We know all parties will benefit from this approach. 4:00pm – Kindergarten

4:30pm – Years 5 and 6

Parents of 3/4AD go straight to their classroom at 4:00pm.
